Shipping
The Easy Stake will be shipped direct to your address.
Please provide any special instructions in the Cart section. We cannot ship to a PO Box.
We ship using NZ Post Couriers. Most North Island deliveries will be within 2 days except for rural delivery. South Island deliveries can take approx 4 days from order.

Bloom Stand and the Anywhere Frame
Thank you for your interest in the Bloom Stand and the Anywhere frame. Please be aware that courier costs begin at $125 due to the size of our items. If wish us to ship any products, don't hesitate to email , and we'll look into alternative shipping methods (outside of National Freight solutions.) as we are dedicated to helping you find the best delivery option for your items!
Free Pickup is available from our Hamilton location.
Please contact us for delivery outside of New Zealand.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at
easystakebymachus@gmail.com or call us within 5 days from the date of
delivery to arrange a refund or exchange.
Return shipping for a refund or exchange is the responsibility of the customer and we will cover the cost of returning the exchanged item.
The Easy Stake must not be used and be in its original packaging.
If the product proves to be faulty then Easy Stake by Machus will either refund or replace the product.
Easy Stake by Machus will not replace, remedy or refund the product under circumstances of vandalism, misuse or general lack of care.
